Our Planning Drawings are suitable for the purposes of obtaining Full or Householder Planning Permission projects.
 
Stage 1 - Free Phone consultation

We would discuss the basics of what you are looking to achieve and 

 

Stage 2 - Initital Project Feasibility Assessment (Initial Deposit payble)

Depending on your chosen package we would take the appropriate initial deposit and would start the Initial Project Feasibilty  Assessment which includes basic 'site checks' such as planning restrictions or site constraints.

Stage 2 - Site Measurement & Survey + Design Consultation

If you have decided to self-measure, once received them, we will then carry out a remote video call to survey the site with you and carry out the Design Consulation. If you have chosen one of our fixed fee we will visit you at your property to discuss your requirements and will also measure your property. 
 

If you decide to cancel at that stage you will not be required to make any further payment.

Stage 3 - Production of Planning Drawings: (Remainng Planning Drawing Fees payble) 
Once we are in receipt of your fees we can start to quickly create your
1st Draft plans which would usually be emailed to you within 5-7 working days. The Draft drawings will be based on the discussions we will have and will be a good starting point from which your project can develop to suit your requirements. If necessary the project be modified as necessary in order to progress to a final layout. We will offer advice and ideas for your project but the final layouts will incorporate your preferences.

Stage 4 - Submission to Planning
When you agree that the development of your scheme is complete your planning drawings can be submitted for Planning Permission. 
We can deal with this on your behalf.

PLEASE NOTE: Any fees for planning permission shall be payable directly to your local planning department and are not included in our fees.
 
If the planners require minor alterations or tweaks to the project
, we will make changes without an additional fee. However, if the planners require substantial alterations to a project we will let you know and discuss ways to progress, there may additional fees for the extra work but these will be reasonable and confirmed with you in writing before proceeding.


Stage 5 - Planning Permisson agreed or Not agreed
Once your Planning Permission is agreed and you are satisfied, we can to progress to the production of your Building Regulations Package. Not every customer requires Building Regulations Drawings, but if you do we will proceed to upgrade the Planning Drawings to a technical Building Regulations Package. These can be then be

  • Checked and agreed by Building control to ensure they are compliant before work starts, to prevent / reduce possible expensive changes when building starts. (We can deal with this on your behalf)

  • Utilised by builders to provide a detailed quotation.

If your Application is refused you can appeal. We can help you with this. 

Stage 6 - When the application has been successful, building works can start  

Your design and vision can now start to come to life!
