Steps to Success
Before we get started we will discuss your requirements with you over the phone, and answer any questions you have and build a bespoke project package for you.
If you wish to go ahead we would look to obtain the measurements and site survey, either on site or remotely. the project which we carry out as step 1 of our service we ask for a small deposit of £199 in advance. We aim to get the initial survey booked at your home within 5 days of you instructing us. It really is that fast.
Once payment is received, we’ll carry out ‘Initial Site Checks’ to see if your property has any planning restrictions or site constraints such as ‘Tree Preservation Orders’ or ‘Article 4 Directives’. We will let you know if we find anything which might affect your project, or anything else we think you should know about.
If you decide to cancel at that stage you will not be required to make any further payment.
As soon as you are ready to go our simple 4 step process begins.

Measure up
We arrange to carry out a full measured survey of your home. This gives us all the measurements and information we need to move to the next step, ensuring total accuracy and quality for your drawings.
Design consultation
Once we have all the measurements and information we need we will arrange to have a video conference/screen share with you. We book a time slot convenient for you. This enables understand the finer detail of your vision and agree the direction of travel for the your design.

Create your drawings
You can now sit back and relax while we create your drawings. We always aim to finish your planning drawings within 7 days, but we can do it more quickly depending on the complexity of your scheme.
Finalise & Submit
Once ready we will email you PDF Drawings for your approval. After making any amendments we you planning submission can be made to your Local Planning Authority.
